X2 on the Nova Scotia Doers & Dreamers Travel Guide. You should also order the free Provincial Travel Guides for New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.
Ditto.
I have been to all of the maritime provinces except Labrador. In New Brunswick, I'd recommend Fundy National Park, Kouchibouguac National Park, The Rocks, watching the tidal bore, visiting the bakery in Alma (just outside Fundy), Magnetic Hill, and Reversing Falls Rapids. In Nova Scotia, Cape Breton Island has some of the most beautiful scenery anywhere, on PEI head to Summerside and visit the College of Piping and Celtic Performing Arts and take in one of their performances, spend some time on their beautiful beaches, and visit Charlottetown. Newfoundland has two beautiful national parks, Gros Morne and Terra Nova. Lots of hiking, scenery, and activities there.
