Ontario Blue Cross provides travel insurance to Ontario residents who have a valid Ontario Health Card.
In response to your inquiry, Ontario Blue Cross will provide coverage for medical emergencies that may arise that are not related to the Canadian advisory that may apply to the destination.
For example, if the Insured has an ear infection or sprains their ankle at the airport, the Insured will be covered for the medical emergency.
