Been there many times. It's a provincial site with no hookups. There is water and a dump station at the entrance to the park.
I don't fish but my friends do and have had great fish brunch with their early morning catch.
The campsites are a good size and easy to get into. It can be busy on weekends. The road in is a forestry gravel road and varies lots. I've gone in while it was very good and when we came out it had rained and was very washboard. Some times 20 MPH sometimes 40 MPH. So be prepared for that.
War falls is right before Carp lake and worth visiting. The water is shallow and you can get right up to the falls. There is a little ledge that you can sit on in the falls.
All in all it is a good forestry campsite, the fishing is good. We try to get up there at least once a year.
