carry bicycles or small scooter to Alaska?
Starting planning for Alaska trip and wonder which would be more useful to carry on back of class C, a 250cc scooter on receiver mounted carrier, or two electric bicycles?

We took a small scooter. In the 2.5 months we were gone, I used it a few times for exploring local areas. It was nice to have. I do not have a cover. At the Artic Circle it was muddy. There was a light rain. Yes, I did wipe off the tail lights often.
and after getting off the Dalton, it was even more muddy.
We did spend some time at the car wash in Fairbanks. Fun Trip.
