carry bicycles or small scooter to Alaska?
Starting planning for Alaska trip and wonder which would be more useful to carry on back of class C, a 250cc scooter on receiver mounted carrier, or two electric bicycles?

I also noticed that there are lots of bike trails (many paved) that are at the sides of major highways. Many towns, such as Valdez, are very bike friendly. If you normally bike at home, I say bring the bikes.
