It would be best to contact CBSA (Canada Border Service Agency) directly, check their website, for the correct rules.
The only advice that I will give is to be very truthful when you arrive at the border, especially when asked about weapons, including guns, automatic knives, brass knuckles etc. AND ammunition, clips etc.
If they are all declared and found, they will deal with it, IF NOT declared and the find it, YOU COULD BE IN SERIOUS TROUBLE.
