Can you check your route far enough ahead of time and if automatic tolls are on your route set up the auto account, put the minimum amount in and go through with peace of mind?
No can do, I am a bit of a gypsy (not your usual traveler) and am constantly changing my route as I move along. Always going someplace unfamiliar. Normally take the state roads (red). That's why I hadn't encountered this phenomenon. Sometimes technology passes me by LOL. Like the time I encountered those new fangled gas pumps with the "foreskin".....geez, my rig is so old that I can't use them, it encloses my return air tube and creates a vacuum. But that's another topic.
