Cell phone for Mexico and Panama?
I need a cell phone to use for three weeks that will work in both Panama and Mexico. Any suggestions are appreciated.

We've been communicating with our AC guy who is currently in Panama. He has a TelCel Zihuatanejo number, and it appears to work just fine in both places for texts and What'sApp.
