Cell phone for Mexico and Panama?
I need a cell phone to use for three weeks that will work in both Panama and Mexico. Any suggestions are appreciated.

ATT workes in México with a plan that includes Mexico, USA and Canada that is what we have, although cell service can be spoty in some areas, 800 numbers can not be dialed from Mexico without a fee.
