I have been an AT&T customer for a zillion years so I probably won't change just because I am visiting Canada. Having said that I am so angry and frustrated at ATT's customer service in answering a direct question about making phone calls on my phone in Canada. I called ATT 4 repeat 4 times talking to 4 different reps. Two said that After paying the $40 per month my cost per call would b$1 per minute for INCOMING calls only. Unlimited calls no charge for OUTGOING calls. The other 2 ATT reps said that I pay $1 per minute whether outgoing or incoming. What a bunch of b.s and awful service.
