Are you kidding me? They actually hide the surcharge? Oh man...I didn't know about the fee until I called and asked because of the ad Amazon was running. It was certainly my bad, for not having read all of the fine print. I tried to crawl up the BOM M/C ladder but all was for naught. They won't let low-life consumers get past the call centre. However, they did sweeten the pot by half-ing my annual fee.
