Chicago to LA in the winter in class C without a basement
Thinking of going to LA during the winter months. Would leave Chicago with our class C plumbing winterized with the pink stuff.
Would head directly South to maybe Baton Rouge area and then hopefully start using the plumbing from there on.
Thinking of going through Texas and sightseeing around San Antonio and other spots in central and Southern Texas. Then figure on hugging the border going West To the LA area. Looks like highway 10 might be the best route. Would we encounter any freeze areas doing this?
Have never used our rig in the winter before since it is not insulated for winter weather. Would this be a practical venture?
Coming back we would probably go in reverse and take the same route back. Adding pink stuff back to the plumbing in Louisiana before returning to Chicago.
