What is the best route thru Chicago ? Pulling a thirty foot fith wheel. Will be going north to wi. Also Sunday morning.

I-39 works IF your final destination is middle or western Wisconsin. Otherwise I'd suggest I-294 (around the city) which has frequent tolls but saves a bunch of miles of the final destination is Milwaukee or Door County.
