Sign up with this site. They list all the free places, what the policies are, phone numbers etc.

Overnight RV Parking

A quick look at Google maps shows Charleston WV is about half way. Overnight RV Parking shows 11 places in that area. I have no idea if it's a good idea, having never been there.
