That is a good choice. It is on the trolley route so just hop on that to go into town. It's cheap enough and supposed to run every 15 minutes but I can't attest to that. Look it up on line to see if it will serve your needs. I also looked on the map and found a Jeep rental place not far from where you will be staying. Can't hurt to call and see what they charge.
