Cody, WY to Gillette

I’m looking for the best route from Cody to Gillette. I’m driving a 38’ motorhome with a toad. My mapping program suggests US Hwy 16 or 14. I could use some advice on the routes. Grades, switchbacks, drop offs, etc.

    Take Hwy 14/E out of Cody to Greybull
    Take Hwy 16/E out of Greybull up and over to Buffalo
    (Route is less steep/windy then 14)
    Pickup I-90 just east of Buffalo on over to Gillette

    Roughly 250 miles....5 hrs
