Coleman Lantern in mid-May - early July?
We're starting to look for things to leave home from the usual stuff in our truck camper. On a trip where we board an Alaska ferry in Prince Rupert in mid-May and continue from Haines to Denali, etc....

I can't imagine that you'd need one, but there's nothing that beats a bright lantern in the dark. By the time June rolls around, you'll have to stay up pretty late (or get up pretty early) to experience much dark.
I wouldn't worry about bringing one up...if you determine you need one, you can get them at almost every corner store in AK.
