Sounds good--also want to try the hot springs there. Maybe Salida can be our November trip. I did buy outside dually chains for any unpredictable snow and we have 6 brand new Michelin xps M/S tires on the RV. I read that chains are not required if you have M/S tires. But thought I'd get chains just in case. Haven't put them on a tire in 30 years though.
