Glenwood to Telluride most scenic route: CO 133 to US 50 to US 550 to CO 62 to CO 145. You can camp at Redstone in a USFS campground with electricity, dry camp at Marble in another USFS campground, camp at Ridgway State Park (one of our favorites with choice of FHU below dam or electric-only on Elk Ridge).
Telluride to Durango: there is really only one route--CO 145 to US 160. USFS Cayton cg with electricity south of Lizard Head Pass on CO 145 and/or McPhee Recreation Complex with electricity near Dolores (convenient for visiting Mesa Verde NP). Don't miss the Anasazi Heritage Center near Dolores!

If Mesa Verde is on your itinerary, try to get a spot in Morefield CG inside the park. There's FHU sites as well as dry sites. Was at a FHU site in October, it was a great site, space between sites. Morefield has showers and fuel there (albeit expensive), is also convenient to the various cliff dwellings in the park. MV does require quite a bit of driving, hence the stay at Morefield being an advantage.
If you'll be wanting to stay in Durango, there's Lightner CG on the west side of town, or United Campground and Alpen Rose north of town. All get good reviews, both here as well as rvparkreviews.com. All are also convenient to the Durango & Silverton Train, if that's also on your agenda.
