Telluride to Durango: there is really only one route--CO 145 to US 160.
There's also CO-62 to US-550, which takes you through Ouray and Silverton, a truly spectacular drive. That's the way we got to Durango from Telluride in early September. We loved the USFS Sultan/Anvil Camping Areas just outside of Silverton.
