There was an article on the news today about CBD oil, it also said there is a trace amount of THC.
I would not attempt to take it across the border, to me it's just asking for problems.
Unless someone posts specific rules covering CBD oil and crossing the border, I would not take the chance. But, that's me.
  • The CPAP machine will not be a problem, they have those in Mexico.

On the other hand mariguana is a schedule 1 narcotics as are heroin, cocain, opium and some percription drugs used to manufacture other halucinogenic products, the CBD oil fals in this schedule 1 clasification regardless of use or purpose.

    Mexican jails are not nice

  • Sorry....I thought everyone knew about these.

CBD oil is a hemp based non regulated product I use for pain. Canada doesn't allow it....not sure about Mexico. It is not marijuana, however Canada thinks it is.

CPAP... don't know what it stands for but it helps me breath right at night. I have sleep apnea. This is a prescribed medical equipment.
  • Sorry but what is a CBD oil and what is a CPAP.

Knowing what this letters mean in real world language helps.
