My RV is a dual rear wheel 22 foot class "C" motor home 2 axels, and one 4x4 suv 2 axels, so total of four (4) axels, and some times they want to charge me for (5) five axels, so a DRW dual rear wheel truck pulling a trailer or having a camper shell will at some point be charged for (3) three axels.
When they have tried to charge me for an extra axel I complain to managment and get my money back for the extra axel, they also charge me as a truck some times as a pickup truck, the SUV is sometimes a car other times it is a small truck, go figure, it changes all the time.
I have E-mailed the Secretaria de Comunicaciones to see what they consider an
RV and so far no respose, maybe when I am in Mexico I will go and see if they want to establish a special cuota for recreational vehicles in general?
So there does not seem to be any rime or reason to the way that the charges are applied, they seem to go by axels, one tire one axle and duals two axels?
