Best thing to do is to ignore the DUMB coments of persons that have stong opinions about nothing.

Are you referring to yourself? What a very immature comment. You seem to paint everything in Mexico with a very wide brush just as you did with Germans and French. How many Germans and French read these threads without commenting, looking for information about rving in Mexico, CA/SA that are now insulted?
We tow a two axle trailer with an SUV and the rates are never in the hands of the empleado de la caseta. We are charged as a vehicle with two additional axles.
There may be issues with buses, tag axles or dualies but those can be addressed if people are willing to do something about it versus complaining and making comments such as "we just pay it, that's Mexico". Mexico is a country that does not sell rvs and Mexicans as a rule don't use them.
It's not all about getting ripped off. Maybe people should listen to people who travel the highways of Mexico for work and pleasure and have some experience dealing with agents, empleados de casetas, etc.
If not, the problems will never be resolved.
Unfortunately, the few Mexicans who were members here were run off, too bad. They were of great help. Sorry you feel that way and see the need to use demeaning terminology to refer to other members.
