Great discussion of toll road fees.
I would love to see an actual comparison of cost between a SRW pickup pulling a 2 axle trailer vs a DRW pickup pulling a 2 axle trailer.
I am planning my first trip down in my DRW pickup & trailer and have seen toll estimates for my planned route that range from $164 UDS to $500 USD.
I am a frugal traveler and the less I spend (while maintaining reasonable comfort) the longer I can stay on the road before I have to pause and refill the travel kitty.
Any firsthand reports of actual tolls for SRW vs DRW would be greatly appreciated.
