Let's get real, if the attendant gives you a receipt for the amount you paid, there can't be any corruption taking place. The concessions are heavily supervised by the SCT and millions of Mexicans use them everyday on their way to and from work.


I agree it is not corruption. But my wallet cannot tell the difference between corruption and error. Oh what the hell is twenty dollars anyway - I'm loaded.
