Wotta hoot. Only the Huichol Indigenous are able to purchase Peyote legally. Just like the five dollar a pop (stoned hippiegringos) mushrooms in Oaxaca, selling drugs illegally makes the seller part of the problem, not the solution. I had 3 friends - a family murdered last year in La Paz when sicarios decided to fire automatic weapons THROUGH a corner house at the SSP.
