Day 7&8 so far
Day 7 started with DW telling me why we needed a new mattress. Sooooo...... First we went to New Market which is the name of a town to a thrift store where we donated our 1 year old sealy posturepedic...

Today we traveled 200 miles from Luray, VA to Pittsburgh Pa. We decided to take the advice to stay off the major interstates. The drive was scenic and beautiful! DW and I don't like complaining and do our darndest not to. So with that in mind I will simply mention that it has rained almost constantly throughout our trip thus far. We have set up and broken camp in heavy rain every time. The TV and TT are both covered in mud and road grime.
So let me continue!!! We love our camper! It doesn't leak anywhere!!! Trust me we would know. We also love the nice big laundry hamper that DW had me place in one of the cabinets. We love those cute little clothes hanging hooks where we can hang our spiffy raincoats to dry! We also love our van! It allows us to towel off and even change out of our sopping wet clothes into nice dry ones. And those tires!!! Man do they grip the road! They didn't lie to us when they said they were all weather tires! Getting our moneys worth out of those babies!
At the suggestion of another member I went out and bought a Bluetooth sound bar. It really cuts down on the distortion when I put the volume loud enough so we can hear it over the rain pelting the roof. Certainly enjoying those movies now that we can hear them. And the new mattress is just so danged comfy for snuggling together to watch those chick flicks that DW loves so much! Cant wait for the popcorn and hot cocoa tonight. Oh Yeah!!! We don't drink. not even beer or wine, but we bought one of those airplane sized bottles of Kahluah to spike the no sugar, not fat cocoa. Life can't get better than this!!!
