Days 11-15 in Canada
Wow!!! The trip has been awesome so far! Niagra Falls was great fun! We parked the van and rode our bicycles all around. We did the aero car across the whirlpools, hornblower cruise, the walk behind the falls. We rode our bikes all along the waterfront. We even rode across the bridge back to the NY side. Great picnics in the parks. We also did the hokey tourist stuff like the wax museum, and souvenir shops. We're not casino people but went anyway to see it.
Then we left there and went to 1000 Islands Kingston. Again we used our bikes to explore. Took the river cruise, visited the penitentiary museum, maritime museum, and the two Cathedrals. All good!
We left there and now we are in the little town of merickville about 40 miles out of Ottawa. Small, quaint, artisan. Nice campsite right on the canal. Tomorrow into ottawa to explore.
TV and TT are fine. Some of the backroads we've taken have been a little rough but nothing dramatic. It is still bothering me that they are so dirty and muddy on the outside but the insides are clean.:)
Wifi is spotty so the posts will be too.
