It has to do with snowbirds who utilize RVs in order to conveniently come down and spend winters along the Mexican borders.
And, a significant number of them have discovered that they can get dental care and eye care for more-affordable prices across the border.
And, some of us are always looking for a better deal. But, if we had plenty of money we probably would go ahead and pay the higher prices on the USA side.
