so what is to stop you from selling a RV and increase the price $800 to cover loss? not a big deterrent.
If you register using your name and you ever plan to go to Mexico again they will have your info. There are ways around it but you cannot bring a second RV in until the previous has been removed properly from the records. These things do expire and/or you can use another name. But it won't be easy.
On the other hand we do know people who have brought RVs in and left them down there permanently but are still able to enter with a truck camper. No problem.
We have a very recent 10 year permit so will be still be able to use that until it expires?
