MEXICOWANDERER

Petroleos Mexicanos serves every last station in B.C. with USA refined diesel And USA refined Magna regular gasoline. There is a brand new gasolinera being erected at the state line of BC and BCS. It will have 100% USA refined fuels. The most southerly found on the peninsula.
Antonio Munoz owner of the gasolinera in El Rosario STRICTLY maintains accurately dispensingpumps. Senor Sanchez a big distributor in Ensenada causes constant grief for Munoz he and his mini cadre cartel. I avoid SERVICIO SAHISA gasolineras like the plague in northern BC. I have met the man personally and he is a jerk. A multi-millionaire con artist.
Antonio Munoz has created a community Fire, Ambulance, and rescue squad based in El Rosario called HALCONES del DESIERTO. It serves everyone as far south as CATAVINA 76-miles of treacherous curves and hills. PLEASE STOP IN EL ROSARIO AND DONATE 500-Pesos! Right at the pay window of the gasolinera.
Antonio is "One of the good guys". Positively scrupulously honest. He speaks English fluently. The clinica in Colonia Guerrero Is where accident and sick patients are taken then transferred to Ensenada if needed. Halcones del Desierto has saved many American lives. This is one of the very few Mexican entities I recommend without any reservation whatsoever.
Gotta watch it Ed, you may sample some Japanese diesel with no detectable sulfur.
By the way the El Rosario gasolinera filters ALL it's fuel removing water and contamination.
In 1994 I tested 194 gasolineras across Mexico with a Seraphin NIST calibrated 20 liter test measure. The test was posted in the NAFTA section of an October issue of The Wall Street Journal. The test was funded out of my own pocket. I met with the Bureau Chief, Paul Carroll, of the Wall Street Journal In Mexico City in July 1994.
It was reported to me that then president Carlos Salinas de Gotari spilled breakfast coffee all over himself when he read Carroll's article. Carroll was immediately summoned to the office of the secretaria de Gobernacion.
I especially liked the report about Cemex's CFO to Carroll that said quote "Before we move into a new town we send out a couple of guys to find a gasolinera that cheats us least".
I try my best to report facts on this forum, not garbage gossip or hyperbole.
