I hope that forum members realize that even though I am critical of MW he knows more about Mexico than any of us. Period. he is an electrical engineer and an expert in 12 volt stuff. At one time Baja boaters would bring him in to solve problems. He has published books under a few nom de plumes and also written many articles on the net.
