Dillard Georgia to Bluffton South Carolina

We have a fifth wheel trailer and are curr ntly staying in the mountains of Dillard ga. Has anyone had any experienice with rte 23 to 123 to 85? Many of the roads here are very windey and I drive my hubby crazy with my fear of mountain roads. We already ruled out 76 for that reason. Any experience is appreciated.

    I just did Waynesville, NC to Clayton, GA.... I am not sure where Bluffton, SC is without looking at a map. I did 276 to 23/74 to 441. All of that was and easy ride and I was towing. This may help a little.

    Go south to the Toccoa bypass / US-123 and turn east down to I-85 and you'll be fine.You could then take US-178 from Anderson to Orangeburg where you'd turn south towards Hilton Head.

    If that tingles you toes too much, head on down SR-17 and cross the river between Elberton and Calhoun Falls.

    But really , once you get south of Toccoa no more curvy mountain roads.
