We live here full time and have cameras that record with DVR and we have live access and 14 day rewind via internet. It has been very useful on our trips. Last summer on our four month trip to Canada we were able to pay the gardener online to his bank account, call or send text messages to do certain work or check on things that looked out of whack.
We use cameras also with our rental in San Antonio, outdoor only.
My point is that with cameras, it is less likely that theft or problems would arise.
It sounds like an interesting service.
