Looks Like the Moderator moved this conversation over to the Canada Forum. I did look at your album photos with great interest, they are from 2006? I am guessing things have changes since then , maybe possibly for the better?

I remember two cgs, 1 near Happy Valley-Goose Bay and one near Labrador City. Both had Class As on sites. & as I said before there are boondocking spots. BTW my idea of boondocking is NOT in any municipality, but really outside of any settlement. There are a couple of pictures of such in my album too.
