It will be a easy drive with your motorhome. We've done it a few times with our 40'. The only issue is the slowness of it because of the crowds and animals. If you can plan to leave from Cody or Jackson very early morning it will be a pleasant experience and you'll probably see animals that those latecomers won't. Rather than staying in Jackson, stay in Grand Teton Nat'l Park for the best experience. Colter Bay RV has hookups and if dry camping is o.k. then Colter Bay campground (next door to the RV park) or our favorite, Gros Ventre campground are the places to stay.
