Not quite sure what that means, but 101 in northern California has a dump at the rest area. 299 also.

There are non at the I5 stretch I am driving on, but I found one just across the border in Oregon.

Just to make you happy, I parked on the property of my nice, and they have water, but no electricity or sewer possibilities. That is the reason I ran my gas down and filled my holding tanks. And in Eugene I will park on the property of some friends, and that is the reason that I need to empty my tanks and fill up the propane.

We will use the dump station at Valley of the Rogue State Park just north of Medford to dump and fill our fresh water tank.

The CALTRANS chart I posted says Cali does have RV dumps at some rest areas. Check it out.
