Really? I see that you are at your usual cynical best. Define worst........ Is your opinion based on a visit or an extended stay? I was born and raised in Nova Scotia, and have spent significant periods of time in the Prairies, BC, and the Yukon. As well, I have travelled this country from coast to coast six times in all seasons. In my opinion, the weather in Canada is as diverse as the geography of the country, and to say that one is the "worst" is narrow minded.
Sorry, OP. To your question, try your local Irving truck stop. As I recall, many have free dumps if you buy fuel there at the same time.
