Obviously if you want to talk in absolute terms "worst" would mean winter conditions in the Antarctic but obviously I'm using the term as meaning just plain awful winter weather. "Cynical"? ... nah, just a realist. The OP can do whatever he wants but winter anywhere Down East won't be any cakewalk, so as I said - lotsa luck. :R
