I just checked a few items on ebay that will ship through that program. One was a vacuum cleaner that was about$189.00. Global shipping was $107.49. A set of wireless tow lights sold for around $80.00. Global shipping was $36.95. I assume those prices included the IVA and any duty?? I did notice that the Chinese sellers will ship to other countries with ZERO shipping charges. BUT I saw something the other day where the USA is upset that China is subsidizing these sellers by not charging much postage. I have bought a few items from China and they came quickly at no charge for the shipping.
