Yes, contrary to popular American beliefs, we drive the same vehicles you do, using the same gas and DEF. We even have paved roads, hydro and running water in our stick and brick homes and some are lucky enough to have cable tv.
Sorry, couldn't resist. You won't have any problems finding either unless there is confusion with your 'murican accent when you're asking for it ;)
Not so sure about this ^. Ever driven in Montreal or Toronto? The east coasters are much less aggressive.

What you will not find in Canada is.... people driving so aggressively you feel like you are in a demolition derby.
