I was in a small coastal community last summer and the little general store had gallon bottles of DEF on the shelf. I only knew what it was because of this forum.
As far as LP most of the Irving Big Stops should be able to service you. Other outlets such as IBEX fuels in Grand Falls can top you up as well. That gives you at least 4 outlets for LP. I would be surprised if there weren't more.
I feel compelled to speak to the snarky comments here. I guess it's a product of the internet. People are always nicer in the flesh and you'll fine folks here friendly and eager to help and share.
