Eastern CT to Williamsburg VA. Construction? Flooding?

We are headed to Williamsburg. Weighing out the options of 95 the whole way versus I 81 through Pennsylvania. Is there any flooding that would affect our travel? How about traffic and construction iss...

Main flooding weve heard about was central and western Pa, but on Sunday the heavy rains are supposed to hit Eastern Pa. 95 should be ok, but likely to be a wet travel day.
