That would be the main entrance to Acadia NP which is just after Hulls Cove. Stay in the right lane going uphill and it goes into the main entrance to the park.
Another choice is to stay on rt 3 to the village but DON'T turn left into the village. Go straight on Eden St to the intersection and follow it straight past the Quality Inn on Kebo St. You will come to Cromwell Harbor Road where you can take a left and follow it to Rt3 past the village and stay on that road through Otter Creek and Blackwoods or go straight on Kebo St to the Park Loop Road and get off at Sieur de Monts Entrance onto Otter Creek Rd. Beware there is a 12 foot clearance bridge on the Park Loop Road just past that point.
We just got back from Bar Harbor / Acadia a few days ago and have been going there for the last 8 years or so.
