A TIP is for vehicles. A FMM is for People. The title of this thread is about TIP's. The No Hassle Zone is for vehicles. Has nothing to do with an FMM. Info from 2015 may not be current. And they make no mention of the No Hassle Zone. However I have not been able to find any other mention of the info in Mex's original post. I really don't think that the one post from some guy in the Baja forum is factual info. Tequila works for a Company that runs Caravans. Maybe he will chime in with current info.
