Entering Baja California 10-Year Tip Required Now?

Rumor is now rife. As of 04/17/2017 "supposedly" any vehicle considered as a motorized "RV" must have a 10-year TIP. No exemptions for distance or time spent. This needs to be investigated because ...

The way around Tijuana is via Tecate, it is on State highway 94, you can go from san Diego or from Interstate 8, from Tecate you go South to the rest of Baja, paperwork can be obtained at the garita "booth" in Tecate, from there to Ensenada is a nice drive.
