Most RV parks in Mexico do not allow dumping toilet paper into the toilet so you should have a plastic bag in trash can next to toilet ( sewage treatment cannot handle the mass of paper) so a maserater is not the answer
Toll roads will pay for time in hospital for accidents on toll road, we were in 70 car pileup between Orizaba and Puebla and the representative from toll road was there the next morning to assume costs. Wreckage was hauled away at their cost as well. Emergency responders and hospital were as good as anything on USA.
