Lyons was hit severely with the flooding but can't answer you specifically; there was a report that people who lived in trailers (in that park or not I do not know) faced a mandatory evacuation and the trailers were flooded by the rising water. The whole town of Lyons, some 2500, were evacuated.
A note to add here about the reports of access to Estes Park. Yes, Hwy 7 from the junction of 92 is open but only for emergency vehicles, food, fuel, and persons documented for a reason to be there - residents, relatives, etc.
It will be quite a while before visitors will even be allowed into the town. And it will be very difficult to get to as major road construction needs to be done to Hwys 34 and 36 as well as 7 from Lyons and 43 from Drake (you can't even get to Drake as 34 is washed out further downstream - big time). And the 34 thru Rocky Mtn NP - now the only real access - will be closed to snow by end of October; average date is about Oct 20th.
