I agree with Thunder Mountain. Go to the verified sources - I have used CDOT, etc. To say a highway is open but not stating it is restricted and he and I have done is very misleading. Also, getting the the 7 from Blackhawk or Boulder - take a look at a map and see the distances involved.
Allowing tourists in, and them being able to get there, are two different things. It will be a very slow going process IMHO. And stumbling blocks along the way. I would like to be more optimistic but reality is what it is.
