Evanston to Rock Springs Overnight Parking Spot

On the way to Cody, we would like to stop for the night somewhere between Evanston and Rock Springs. Thinking Little America would do but parking next to running 18 wheelers isn't my favorite. Ju...

Looks like there's a rest stop at Lyman. highway 413 south exit.
and there's another rest stop/city park at Green River, down on the river in town.
